“My Word instructs you to ‘pray without ceasing’ says God. The essence of this instruction is that you keep your earthly mind focused on spiritual matters so that the evils of the world cannot get a foothold in your life. Prayer is not a ritual. It is a communication channel. If every decision is made in consultation with Me you will not go astray.
The war between thoughts raging in your mind can only be won by divine influence. The peace that defies human understanding only comes through disciplined communication. Remove anything from your life that promotes stress or anxiety for these are not My design says God. Outline your intentions for each day and consider them prayerfully for guidance.
Without discipline you are like a long grass in a strong wind, bending first this way and then that, showing no strength. Let My strength be within you so that you may stand firm like a tall oak. The confidence of My wisdom will be your backbone and your discipline to listen for My voice in all you do. This will bring the calmness and increase of wisdom that will enable you to stay focused.
Be blessed and encouraged because recognizing the need for an increase in discipline and wisdom is the most important step in attaining it”.
