Constant relationship with My Spirit is a proactive experience which requires effort on your part says God.
If you do not make a point of constant focus you will find the connections diminishing as you slip back into the flow of the world.
If you are going to instruct people about their diet and health, you have to live it yourself.
The same applies to teaching people about the Truth in My Word. You have to apply these truths in your own lives. You cannot tell people something that is not reflected in your own actions.
People will watch what you do as the first clue to your sincerity. Walk in the truth every day and people in the world will want to know what you know. Look to shine the light of truth into every situation, that light is found only in My Word” says God.
